Therefore, our sales points may contact you with such marketing and promotional materials. (c) We will only provide personal data to third parties involved in fulfilling your order or the services you have chosen. These third parties process the personal data according to our instructions and their use is carried out under our responsibility. 4. Use by Minors
The services are not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16. If you are under 16 years old, you may not use the services and should refrain from providing personal data. 5. Data Retention
(a) We will continue to process personal data for a period of two (2) years after your last order, or for as long as legally required or necessary and permitted for the purpose(s) for which the data was obtained. Immediately after these periods, we will destroy and/or anonymize the personal data.
(b) The following (non-exhaustive) list of criteria is used to determine our retention periods: (i) the duration of our ongoing relationship with you and the services we offer; (ii) any legal obligation(s) we may be subject to; and (iii) other legal requirements (such as applicable statutes of limitations, lawsuits, or internal or external investigations).
(c) Notwithstanding Article 5.a of this Privacy Policy, we may process personal data for a longer period (i) if you ask us to keep the personal data for another two (2) years; or (ii) to comply with legal retention periods (as required, for example, by tax legislation); or (iii) to demonstrate compliance with applicable legal obligations (resulting, for example, from the GDPR or marketing legislation).
(d) If you request deletion of your personal data by contacting us through the process described in Article 8 of this Privacy Policy, all your personal data processed through our website will be deleted, as required by applicable law. This does not apply if we are obligated to retain such data under the law, for the completion of the transaction for which the data was processed, or for internal use.

The processor guarantees that it has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure that the processing of personal data complies with the requirements of this Privacy Policy and the GDPR. The processor also guarantees the protection of the rights of all data subjects. The processing of personal data by a processor is always governed by a written data processing agreement between us and the processor. 8. Your Rights
(a) You have the right to request confirmation from us as to whether we are processing your personal data or not. You can access and modify the personal data you provided during the registration of an account with us at any time through your account on the Website. You also have the right to send a request to our Customer Service Team to receive such information. You can do this by sending an email to ( support@louene.com). Furthermore, you have the right to send a request to our Customer Service Team to access, receive, transmit, correct, delete, or fully withdraw your consent regarding your personal data. We will handle your request in accordance with the GDPR. We will also respond to you without undue delay, at least within one (1) month of receiving your written request.
(b) You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data by us at any time. In the event of such objection, we will no longer process your personal data unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights, and freedoms; or the processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. If we make a change to this Privacy Policy that affects your privacy rights, we will either ask for your consent for the change or continue to adhere to our previous Privacy Policy for information we processed when the previous Privacy Policy was in effect. The last revision took place in June 2024.
