4. Returns & Exchanges
(a) Returns: Products purchased through the Online Store are eligible for return within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed information.

(b) Exchanges: Exchanges for products are possible within 14 days of receipt. Please contact our Customer Service Team to initiate an exchange.

5. Product Warranty
(a) Coverage: Our products are warranted free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.

(b) Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

(c) Claims: To submit a warranty claim, please contact our Customer Service Team with proof of purchase.
